The Towson Recreation Council (TRC) is an independent nonprofit organization devoted to creating and maintaining public recreation opportunities for the youth and adults of our community. To provide our youth and adults the ideals of good sportsmanship, fair play and honesty for the betterment of physical health and social well being through sports and other sponsored activities.
